40,600 square-foot public works facility for the Village of Whitefish Bay. The building incorporates vehicle and material storage and office facilities. Structure is comprised of long-span steel joists bearing on exterior precast wall panels. Mezzanines constructed of precast plank provide storage space. Exterior precast wall panels are supported on trench footings.
