This 1,086,000 square-foot distribution center consists of warehouse and office spaces. The structure consists of precast load bearing wall panels with an interior steel frame of open web steel joists, joist girders and WF steel columns. Interior mezzanines consist of hollow core precast plank supported on masonry walls. The structure is supported on conventional spread footings. The interior slab is designed for forklift traffic and racking loads, accessed by over 230 dock doors at the building perimeter.
