New 48,000 square-foot office and 125,000 square-foot factory facility for manufacturer of off-road vehicle lighting components. The building construction consists of structural steel and joist framing and load-bearing tilt-up concrete wall panels on conventional shallow foundations. Building design was architecturally intensive with numerous light monitors, skylights, canopies, and sunscreens. Structural design required considerable coordination with mechanical and process engineers for the design of piping tunnels, equipment mezzanines, and numerous crane runs.
