This new corporate office is four stories plus a full basement for parking. Total occupiable area, including the basement, is in excess of 130,000 square feet. There is a thin profile roof overhang on all sides. There is a single story area at the southwest corner of the building, with an occupiable roof. The roof pitch was intentionally configured to give the roof the appearance of a dish.
