The Corners of Brookfield is a significant mixed use development containing retail, restaurant, and residential space. These multi-story spaces sit atop a post-tensioned parking structure. The retail and residential spaces utilize both steel and timber framing. The overall project cost is approximately $240 million. Pierce Engineers designed over 855,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 235,000 square feet of residential space over a 2,000 stall parking structure for this project.
