Eight building, 386,000 square-foot, residential project on the banks of the Yahara River that also features retail occupancies and a four-story parking garage.  The project consists of traditional wood framing, a post-tensioned concrete podium, and a four-story precast double-tee garage founded on spread and strip footings supported by ground improved soil.
