This 585,000 square-foot project included redevelopment of the existing hotel into a mixed use building including a 189 room hotel, two levels of condominiums, ballroom and meeting spaces, two restaurants, spa/fitness facility, and structured parking. A new underground parking structure is adjacent to the hotel. Other amenities include a landscaped public access plaza over existing parking garage, an outdoor skating rink and event space with sweeping views of the Wisconsin State Capitol and Lake Mendota.
