Located on the shore of Lake Michigan, this project includes a 240,000 square-foot addition consisting of new housing for the Sisters, a Retreat Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living facilities, and renovation of the existing structure. The project includes new underground parking, addition of a wellness center, therapy, and a community center.
