A new 25-story office building with parking on the lower 10 floors. The building is almost entirely clad in glass and features a three-story lobby space, and exterior patios on the 11th, 12th and 25th floors. The lower ten levels are post-tensioned concrete and the upper levels are composite steel framing. Lateral loads are resolved via brace frames and concrete shear walls. The building is founded on a 7 feet thick mat slab that covers the entire area below the tower.
