The new Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals project in Verona, WI contains office space, lab space, and a loading dock. The first, second, and third floors each have a footprint of approximately  44,000 square feet. In addition, there is an enclosed mechanical penthouse on the roof that occupies an additional 13,000 square feet. The building is framed with composite steel beams and moment-resisting steel frames. Significant architectural features include a circular rotunda containing a monumental stair, a green roof area, and extensive areas of glass around the entire façade.
